Xavier Bradley

Front-end engineer and technical program manager based in Salt Lake City. Currently at Tesla on the AI & Knowledge Systems team, designing SOP and article systems for Collections and Ecommerce ops, and architecting a TypeScript multi-agent orchestration system that automates knowledge content generation across Finance and Ecommerce lines of business. 4+ years shipping production interfaces across FinTech and Ecommerce.

Selected work across FinTech, Ecommerce, and AI systems

A look at the projects where engineering depth, operational discipline, and product judgment intersect: shipping component libraries adopted org-wide, and building multi-agent orchestration systems for knowledge operations.

Tesla — Customer Support Business Operations

Case study

Running an AI-augmented knowledge-ops program across two lines of business

Designing the SOP program, owning the stakeholder alignment, and building the AI orchestration that keeps it alive — across Finance Collections and Ecommerce LATAM operations.

Prestige Financial

Case study

Rebuilding the collections workstation for a $1.1B auto-finance portfolio

Front-end engineering on an internal case management application to replace a fragmented six-app workflow used by collections agents at an auto-finance servicing firm — built in close partnership with the UX research and design team.

Rebuy Engine

Case study

Front-end forensics on Shopify storefronts

Technical support engineering for an e-commerce platform powering thousands of Shopify merchants — diagnosing JavaScript, CSS, and third-party script conflicts directly in customer theme files, then turning the diagnosis into clear merchant-facing guidance.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Xavier at Atomic Fi, where he served as a software engineer while I led the customer success team. Xavier's professionalism and collaborative approach made him an invaluable asset to our projects for a stacked list of clients. His dedication to excellence and strong problem-solving skills consistently impressed me, and he always maintained a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. Xavier's contributions significantly enhanced our team's success, and I wholeheartedly recommend him for any endeavor he pursues. - Kaisha Fox

What I do - Bridging front-end engineering, AI tooling, and product operations.

I work where shipping software meets running the business, building the interfaces customers see, the systems internal teams rely on, and the AI-assisted workflows that compress the distance between the two.

  • Front-end engineering. JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Angular, and Blazor: responsive, accessible, well-tested interfaces. Deep Chrome DevTools debugging across complex ecommerce and fintech platforms.
  • AI systems & orchestration. TypeScript-based multi-agent systems using Claude Code, GitHub Copilot SDK, and MCP servers, with runtime hooks for routing, schema validation, and session auditing.
  • Knowledge & operations. SOP authoring, delta reporting, and knowledge base architecture that measurably reduces routine escalations and compresses resolution times for operational teams.
  • Product & program management. Roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional delivery: translating technical diagnostics into clear decisions, including a CPM certification from the University of Utah.
